Human Resource Management needs to demonstrate to make a contribution at all levels. Personal Management involves ensuring that the management team is supported in attempts to manage the resources of an organization. Also HR has to ensure that employees are developed, motivated, supported and trained which can be attained only through the management team.
As per the old methods of approach that HR is visible and controlling, requiring the rest of the organisation to follow policies developed within the HR function. The new approach is that HR facilitates and supports assisting the management team in efforts to improve productivity and commitment.
